Our Story
Clear Springs Air Conditioning and Electric had its roots in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in the early 1980’s.
Though he had worked in the air conditioning and electrical trades prior to 1982, Jonathan Smith started working for a large mechanical contractor and attended trade school to gain better knowledge of the industries. Throughout the 80’s he worked for Air Conditioning Contractors in various capacities from service technician to service manager.

From 2006 to 2013 Jonathan ran his company Jonathan Smith and Associates from his North Arkansas office. He contracted work in Texas, Arkansas, and Missouri.

Jonathan Smith and Associates was incorporated. Jonathan Smith and Associates Inc. DBA Clear Springs Air Conditioning and Electric strives to properly service Air Conditioning and Electrical Systems in homes and businesses. The company focuses primarily in the New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, Canyon Lake, and Schertz. This allows Jonathan to provide a high level of service to these areas.
